FREE PRACTICES
When you register with MindSavvy you gain access to our daily audio practices that combine mindfulness meditation with a centering thought along with specific breathing exercises proven to reduce the heart rate, reduce stress, and instill calm.
Throughout the MindSavvy program you will be exposed to various exercises to reduce stress, instill calm and improve the synchronicity that exists between your left and right brain hemispheres. We do this to help you gain control of your emotions, improve your health and concentration, while increasing your happiness. FREE MINDSAVVY MEDITATIONS To make the most of your MindSavvy experience please find yourself seated comfortably in a quiet space where you won't be disturbed for about 10 minutes. We also advise that you pop in a pair of your favorite headphones to help eliminate any outside distractions. Then allow yourself to relax. For these next few minutes you have nowhere else to be, and nothing else to do. Remember, there is no right or wrong, and no good or bad. So leave the judgments aside and allow yourself these next few minutes to engage. Your body and mind will thank you for it. Day 3 Day 10 If you have any questions, please do feel free to contact us at any time. Enjoy the FREE practices, and this beautiful day! |
