Stephanie Angelone Harding is the founder of MindSavvy and creator of the MindSavvy program.
Her career began in Marketing, working for multi-national organizations and then serving as Director then Vice President of a multi-million dollar company for several years, in a field that relies on an understanding the human mind, and what inspires it to act.
Throughout her marketing career she has taken on numerous consulting projects, sat on several boards and has served as a public speaker engaging audiences across the country. It was this very demanding career and passion for the workings of the human mind that have served as the inspiration for MindSavvy.
Stephanie understands that we are all under more pressure than ever before. Pressure to do more at work, at home, and in our dwindling free time. Pressure to earn more, own more, eat better, look better, feel better and overall just be better, all while making it look like we're handling it better than the people around us.
This stress, is taking a tremendous toll on our health, our concentration, our sleep, our relationships and deteriorating the very quality of our lives; and the frightening thing is, there is no end in sight.
It is the very reason the World Health Organization has deemed stress the single greatest health epidemic of the 21st century
Stephanie initially created the MindSavvy program to help herself gain control over her stress levels and her health; to give her energy to get through everything she had to get done, and manage the guilt, frustration and sense of failure she felt over the things she wasn't getting done.
She created this program to understand her mind in order to gain control over her emotions, enhance her effectiveness and improve her health, in a manner that would complement her schedule, not change it.
Her extensive research and passion for what she is learning and understanding about the connection between stress, our minds and our bodies has not only turned Stephanie's life around for the infinitely better, but also complements her skills in marketing, where she breaks this information down into simple, easy to understand programs, that create strong healthy habits and profound positive results in very short periods of time.
Stephanie believes very strongly that more needs to be done to enable this information; about us, our stress levels and our human minds, to become common knowledge. As a result Stephanie now devotes her career to sharing this information with others, through the MindSavvy program.
